What Not Allowed During Menstruation

Incidentally fit again menstruation, so want to post about menstruation.
Some say if you cut the nails and hair during menstruation is haram. Is it true, anyway?

Cutting hair and nails during menstruation is not a forbidden thing when a woman gets menstruation. Because the basis of the prohibition syar'i it is not based on Quran and Sunnah proposition, except merely human reasoning. There should be a strong argument from the Qur'aan or sunnaturasulillah brought by those who say that.

As for the unlawful acts committed by women who are menstruating, as stipulated in the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah, among others are:

1. Prayer

A woman who is getting your period is forbidden to perform prayers. So also mengqada `prayer. For a woman who is getting your period has fallen obligation to perform salat. The proof is the following hadith:

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها: أن فاطمة بنت أبي حبيش كانت تستحاض, فقال لها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إن دم الحيض دم أسود يعرف, فإذا كان ذلك فأمسكي عن الصلاة, فإذا كان الآخر فتوضئي وصلي, رواه أبو داود والنسائي, وصححه ابن حبان والحاكم, واستنكره أبو حاتم

From 'A'ishah said, Fatima bint Abi Hubaisy istihadha blood gets, the Prophet SAW said to him, menstruation blood was black and recognizable. When that comes out like that, do not pray. When you are finished, then berwudhu'lah and do prayers. .

From 'A'ishah. said, In our time of the Prophet Muhammad first got my period, and then we were ordered to mengqada `fasting and prayer was ordered to mengqada`. .

There was also another hadith:

From Fatima bint Abi `Khubaisy that Rasulullah SAW said, When you get your period then leave prayers.

2. `Ablution or bath

As Syafi `al-Hanabilah iyah and say that` women who are menstruating have forbidden `and perform ghusl ablution. The point is that a man who was getting menstruation and the blood is still flowing, and intend to purification of hadats amount by way of wudoo 'or perform ghusl, as if blood haidhnya been completed, but not finished.

While the usual bath in the sense of ridding yourself of germs, using soap, shampoo and others, with no intention of purification of large hadats, not a prohibition.

3. Fasting

Women who are menstruating get banned for it to run fast and it mandatory to replace the other Day.

From Abi Saeed al-Khudhri ra. said that the Prophet SAW said, not when a woman gets hatdh, he should not be praying and fasting?

4. Tawaf

A woman who was forbidden to perform tawaf getting your period. While all of the practice of pilgrimage still be done. Because it requires someone circumambulate the sacred from the major ritual impurity.

From 'A'ishah. said that the Prophet SAW said, When you get your period, do all practices except bertawaf pilgrimage around the ka `bah to you holy.

5. Touching the Mushaf and Bring

Allah says in Al-Quran Al-Kariem about touching the Quran:

لا يمسه إلا المطهرون

And do not touch but are the pure

Jumhur scholars agree that people who berhadats of menstruation as well as people who are prohibited from touching the Mushaf Al-Quran

6. Reading Al-Quran

Except in the liver or prayer / zikr which lafznya taken from Al-Quran verse indirectly.

`Prophet Muhammad are not blocked from reading the Quran except in circumstances junub`.

But there are also opinions that allow women menstruation read the Quran with a note not to touch the Mushaf and afraid to forget the occasion when haidhnya too long. Also in reading it not too much.

This opinion is the opinion of Malik. Thus mentioned in Bidayatul Mujtahid vol 1 p. 133.

7. Go to the Mosque

From Aisha RA said that the Prophet SAW said, No I halalkan mosque for people who junub and menstruation.

8. Copulate

Women who are menstruating have illicit intercourse with her husband. Keharamannya set by the Al-Quran Al-Kariem following:

ويسألونك عن المحيض قل هو أذى فاعتزلوا النساء في المحيض ولا تقربوهن حتى يطهرن فإذا تطهرن فأتوهن من حيث أمركم الله إن الله يحب التوابين ويحب المتطهرين

They ask you about menstruation. Say: `menstruation it is a` dirt. Therefore you should keep away from women in time of menstruation, and do not approach them, before they are holy. If they have sacred, then intercourse with them was in place enjoined. Truly Allah loves those who repent and loves those who purify themselves.

Referred to stay away from them is not to fuck her.

While al-Hanabilah allow fondle a woman who is menstruating on the body between the navel and the knees apart or did not occur during intercourse. It was based on the words of the Prophet Muhammad when he was asked about the legal squire who is menstruating then he answered:

وعن أنس رضي الله عنه أن اليهود كانت إذا حاضت المرأة فيهم لم يؤاكلوها, فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: اصنعوا كل شىء إلا النكاح, رواه مسلم

`From Anas. that Jews could be the women they got menstruation, does not provide food. Rasulullah SAW said, Do everything you want except intercourse.

From Aisyahra said, the Prophet Muhammad ordered me to memakain gloves, he mencumbuku while I was in a state of coming menstruation.

Forbidden intercourse with a woman who is menstruating is still lasts until the completion of menstrual woman and finished her bath. Not enough just to finish your period but also the shower. For in the al-Baqarah verse 222, God says that menstruating women were forbidden fucked until they become holy and be holy is not just a cessation of blood, but must perform ghusl, it is the opinion of al-Malikiyah and Syafi as well as al-`iyah Hanafiyah .
